Back to old ways ,Rendy lost the toss and in the field we went. After a couple of late phone call's we fielded our two 12 year old stars Harry and Ryan playing again.Rendy and Lewis F opened the bowling and before long Beaulieu were 5-4 with Lewis turning the ball on a good wicket. After a brief spell from Se Damen on came Ryan Turner with his leg breaks as Martin Forward joined him at the other end. Both taking a wicket each Beaulieu were restricted to 29-7. If it was not for a bludgeoning innings from their number 8 A Moore it might have been all out for a very low score.Harry and Geoff were next on to bowl with Harry (Bambi) getting the big hitter caught by his dad Paul whilst Geoff totally confused Beaulie's number 10 bat with one that came out of the clouds and was top edged to keeper Tim Beck to snare. Beaulie only had 10 men and there final total was 87.

Gorgeous tea as usual as we opened our innings with Jocky and Matt H. Jocky was bowled from a straight one which he reckoned " it moved a mite otherwise it would have been dispatched over the mid-wicket boundary".Tim was next in and looked in good nick but was superbly caught at point which had 4 written all over it ! Andy Fitzjohn joined Matt at the crease and took the score to 75 before Andy(30) tapped one to the keeper. Sean Damen was next in but did not face a ball as Matt decided the game in the next five balls with three 4's and the winning single. Early finish but enjoyable as always. One game to go !!
